Shipping and Cancellation Policy

At Eloory, we aim to deliver your orders quickly and safely across India. Please read the details of our shipping and cancellation terms below:

1. SHIPPING COVERAGE

  • We ship across India through trusted delivery partners.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for pin codes supported by our logistics partners.

2. SHIPPING & COD CHARGES

3. DISPATCH & DELIVERY TIMELINE

  • Orders are dispatched within 48 working hours. (We are closed on Sundays.)

  • Delivery typically takes 5–7 business days post shipping.

  • Estimated delivery timelines shown at checkout are indicative only and depend on courier service availability and destination.

  • Eloory is not liable for courier/postal delays but will assist you in tracking your package with our delivery partners.

  • Your order may arrive in multiple packages if sourced from different locations—but you will pay only one delivery fee per order.

  • Tracking details will be emailed to you as soon as your package is shipped.

4. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) TERMS

  • COD is available on orders above ₹799/- and below ₹5000/-.

  • COD is not a trial option—payment must be made before accepting the order.

  • Refusal to accept COD orders may result in COD being disabled for your future orders.

  • In some pin codes, COD may not be available due to courier limitations.

5. SPECIAL DELIVERY REQUESTS

  • For time-bound delivery requirements, please email us at help@eloory.com and mention your request in the order notes.

  • While we will try our best, we cannot guarantee exact delivery times.

6. COURIER PARTNERS

  • We ship with safe and reliable partners such as Delhivery and other leading logistics providers.

  • If your location is not serviceable, our team will contact you to suggest an alternative solution.

7. ORDER CANCELLATION

  • Orders can be cancelled within 4 hours of placing the order by emailing help@eloory.com.

  • Once an order is shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.

  • No refunds will be processed for:

    • Orders cancelled at the doorstep.

    • Orders where delivery failed after 3 attempts by the courier partner.

8. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  • Currently, Eloory does not ship outside India.
