At Eloory, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may request a refund as per the terms outlined below.
Refunds are applicable only for Products returned within the return period mentioned on the Product page.
Products must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.
Refunds will be processed only after the returned Product has passed a basic quality check.
Refunds are not applicable for:
Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
Missing accessories/free items not returned with the Product.
Customer self-shipped items lost in transit.
Refunds will be credited back to the original mode of payment.
Banks may take 5–7 business days to reflect the refund after initiation.
Refunds will be processed either as:
Eloory Credits (redeemable on future purchases), or
Direct Bank Transfer (7–8 business days to process).
Refunds cannot be issued in cash.
Refunds will only be processed to a bank account in the customer’s name (third-party accounts are not allowed).
Refunds will be initiated only after Eloory receives the returned Product(s).
Typically, the entire process (from pick-up to refund credit) takes 7–10 business days.
Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
In case of repeated returns for reasons other than damage/defect, return shipping charges may be borne by the customer.
