Refund Policy

At Eloory, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may request a refund as per the terms outlined below.

1. ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUND

  • Refunds are applicable only for Products returned within the return period mentioned on the Product page.

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Refunds will be processed only after the returned Product has passed a basic quality check.

  • Refunds are not applicable for:

    • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.

    • Missing accessories/free items not returned with the Product.

    • Customer self-shipped items lost in transit.

2. MODE OF REFUND

(a) Online Payments (Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, UPI, Wallets)

  • Refunds will be credited back to the original mode of payment.

  • Banks may take 5–7 business days to reflect the refund after initiation.

(b) Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • Refunds will be processed either as:

    • Eloory Credits (redeemable on future purchases), or

    • Direct Bank Transfer (7–8 business days to process).

  • Refunds cannot be issued in cash.

  • Refunds will only be processed to a bank account in the customer’s name (third-party accounts are not allowed).

3. REFUND TIMELINE

  • Refunds will be initiated only after Eloory receives the returned Product(s).

  • Typically, the entire process (from pick-up to refund credit) takes 7–10 business days.

4. NON-REFUNDABLE CHARGES

  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

  • In case of repeated returns for reasons other than damage/defect, return shipping charges may be borne by the customer.
