Exchange Policy

GENERAL

Eloory Private Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of India, having its registered address at Sector 1, Vasundhara, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India (hereinafter referred to as the “Eloory”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is an e-commerce platform for the sale of home furnishing and décor by third-party sellers (the “Product(s)”) through the website/mobile application which Eloory provides (collectively referred to as the “Platform”).

The term “Customer(s)” or “User(s)” or “you” or “your” means any individual who uses, accesses, or browses the Platform and/or purchases the Products on the Platform.

Eloory’s exchange policy gives you the option to request a product exchange purchased on Eloory for specified reasons within the timeline mentioned on the respective Product page.

Our Customers are valued not only at the time of sale but also throughout the post-purchase experience. We aim to provide the best support, from order placement to exchange assistance.

This Exchange Policy (the “Policy”) sets out Eloory’s procedure and conditions for exchange of Products.

APPLICABILITY OF POLICY

By purchasing or initiating an exchange request for Product(s) through the Platform, you agree to be bound by this Policy and the exchange terms mentioned on the respective Product page. If you do not agree to these terms, we advise you not to transact on the Eloory Platform.

Please note that this Policy may be updated from time to time. Customers are advised to check the Policy regularly.

EXCHANGE POLICY TERMS

  • Exchanges are allowed only as per the conditions mentioned below and within the exchange timeline specified on the Product page.

  • Products must be:

    • Unused, unwashed, and undamaged.

    • Free from stains and alterations.

    • Returned in their original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.

  • If the Product fails the quality check at the time of pick-up, the exchange will not be processed.

  • Customers are entitled to one free exchange in case of a damaged or defective Product.

  • In case a customer requests an exchange due to reasons such as dislike, size/color change (wherever applicable), or any other non-defect reason, the exchange shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

EXCHANGE PICK-UPS AND PROCESSING

  • The MRP tag and barcode must be clearly visible and intact.

  • All in-box items (accessories, freebies, combos, etc.) must be returned with the Product.

  • Products should be packed securely to prevent any damage during transit.

  • Exchange pick-up will generally be scheduled within 4 business days from the request.

  • After the Product is received and passes the quality check, the exchange order will be processed within 7–10 business days.

CANCELLATION OF EXCHANGE REQUEST

  • An exchange request once placed may be cancelled by emailing us at help@eloory.com before the pick-up is attempted.

  • If the logistics partner arrives and you no longer wish to exchange, you may inform them directly.

MISCELLANEOUS

  • In case of any disputes, the decision of Eloory LLP

  •  shall be final and binding.

  • Exchange requests are subject to availability of stock. If the requested Product is unavailable, Eloory may offer an alternative Product or store credits at its discretion.
